| | The management of Health and Work issues as part of the consultation is well-recognised as an important but challenging area for GPs. There is a great deal of information in this area, targeted at GPs and their teams, yet the materials have often been hard to locate, because there has been no central resource from which all the resources could be accessed. Healthy Working UK aims to address this problem by providing GPs and other primary healthcare professionals timely access to training, information and decision tools to support their daily practise. Healthy Working UK aims to act as a one-stop shop for existing and new information and initiatives on health and work. This site has been developed by the Royal College of General Practitioners, in collaboration with the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, and Society of Occupational Medicine. It is funded by the Department for Work & Pensions, Department for Health and the Welsh Assembly Government. |
